Construction and promotion 
In response to the nature of overseas markets, the traditional responsive engineers-customers training and support method has become too expensive and obsolete under contemporary fierce market competition. There is an urgent need to solve the problem of real-time factory-terminal technical communication through innovative means. Therefore, with this project, after receiving the authorization from the higher administration, team members from different units including IT Solution, and Media Creation, etc. were gathered together to solve this problem through the form of Massive open online course (MOOC).

My contribution includes: 1) As project propeller refined all technical requirements: website architecture, web page layout, user experience process, data feedback, etc. 2) communicated with project members to ensure timely delivery of results; 3) regularly report the progress of the project to the higher administration, as well as the phased results for possible immediate usage; 4) as an internal communicator promoted this platform to the salesperson and service engineers to achieve the desired extent of activity and feedback.

Before leaving the company, the overall construction of the platform and the closed-loop of the customer experience had been completed. The first batch of customized courses and applications had been launched while the upgraded version prepared to be uploaded periodically after that, which the contents covered four product lines, more than 20 products.
