I. Rolling Forecast: contact with business departments every week, collect and review revenue and data of cost terminal, update rolling forecast data in time, send out weekly analysis email to the management, ensure that the monthly predication indicators set by the headquarter is achieved, and control the deviation rate within the required range.
II. Profit monitoring:
1. Routine monitoring: monitor the implementation of profit monitoring in the evaluated region regularly every month, timely give early warning of abnormal items, provide financial advice, and output analysis report every month.

I.Optimization of analysis report
