6. QBR scoring and customer satisfaction steadily increased.
7. Drove for production planning improvement to reduce overtime and underutilization.
8.2016 90% KPI items hit the annual target.
9. QBR scoring increased by 4 points in 2016.OT/UU quotes 100% met requested SLA, and accuracy improved from 90% to 98%, on time billing closure improved from average 5wks to 3.5wks. Average SOW quotes LT shortened from 6wks to 4wks.
