Duties & responsibilities: Answering the calls of customers and receiving customer interview; resolving the qu
estions of clients, providing the information and explanation about studying abroad and overseas schools; keeping customer information and timely returning visit; urging customers to purchase related service for studying abroad and signing the contracts.
After the service agreement is signed by customer, collecting and checking the customer's personal information and application materials; planning and coordinating the whole service process and schedule; positioning the target schools and majors; keeping contact with the customers and maintaining customer relationship.
Be courageous on accepting new things, strong independent learning agility, be able to continuously explore new learning objectives and face challenges;
Have strong teamwork spirit,willing to obey the collective interests and needs of team, get along well with colleague,be capable of smoothly communicating and collaborating with people from different backgrounds;

Have good English capability, capable of reading professional English documents, beproficient insomeoffice software, includingOffice (Word, PPT, Excel), SPSS, etc.
Put emphasis on developing wide range of hobbies and interests, including printing, dancing,Guzheng, reading, writing, swimming, badminton and long-distance running.
